• Initial consultation (usually 60-90 minutes) 
• Full assessment of history of conditions, constitution, review of body systems, diet, lifestyle and family history
• Full personalized planwrite-up
• Herbal formulation
• Lifestyle suggestions
• Diet suggestions

The Initial Flourish Consultation is a standalone intake that does not include the protocol review and how to implement, follow-up appointments, or herbal products to get started. These can be added on as needed after if desired. Or, if you feel confident to implement the plan and have access to your own herbs this is a great option. You will receive a full write-up for your plan. We can schedule a follow-up if you need instruction on how to properly blend herbs for your unique formula.
