We ship with care and intention, just like we make our products.

Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom Herbal Formulas:
Custom formulas are made to order and require additional preparation time. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Continental United States only

Flat Rate Shipping (orders under $75): $13.95
Free Shipping on orders $75 and over

Our flat rate helps cover tracked shipping, protective packaging, and the extra care required for glass items.

Shipping Method

Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and destination.
All shipments include tracking.

Glass Items

Some products are packaged in glass containers. These are wrapped carefully and cushioned to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

While breakage is rare, please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues so we can make it right.

Delivery Time

Shipping transit times typically range from 2–5 business days once your order leaves our hands, depending on carrier and location.
Please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, high-volume periods) are outside of our control.
