Traditional Four-Herb Botanical Decoction
This traditional four-herb blend combines burdock root, sheep sorrel, slippery elm bark, and turkey rhubarb root in a concentrated decoction-style tea. Crafted for those who appreciate heritage herbal preparations and bold botanical flavor profiles.
Carefully crafted in the traditional proportions, this blend is decocted or gently boiled for 10 minutes covered on the stove, and then left covered to steep for 12 hours before being strained and kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The blend may be consumed once or twice a day on an empty stomach 2oz at a time either cold or gently reheated. One pouch is enough to make a gallon supply for a month, but it is suggested to make a one week supply at a time as there are no preservatives included.
